Returns

Any issues, including lost orders, must be reported within 90 days from placing the order to insure quality service. theconneXtion is NOT responsible for lost orders that are not reported within the 90 day time period.

Specific “Made To Order” items are not eligible to be returned/exchanged

  • Any unopened/unworn item shipped to a USA destination can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the shipping date without a return fee. If returning an item shipped between 15 and 30 days ago, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Any item returned after 30 days is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • We cannot amend or cancel orders once they have been placed. However, we can change the shipping address on an order, but it is not guaranteed.
  • Defective items can only be replaced by the same item. If item(s) arrive damaged/defective, please send photographs to answers@theconneXtion.com indicating the damages/defects, along with your order number.
  • Since all digital products on this site are distributed electronically, there are no refunds for erroneous purchases or downloads.
  • Wearables may be returned only if they are in new condition (unwashed and unworn).
  • Please include a note clearly stating what you want to happen and include your order number or a copy of the original invoice.
  • Shipping and Handling fees can not be refunded unless we made an error.
  • Within 2 weeks of receipt of your return, theconneXtion will credit you for
    the adjusted price of the returned item(s).

Exchanges

Any unopened/unworn item shipped to a USA destination can be exchanged for any reason within 14 days of the shipping date without an exchange fee. Any item exchanged 15-30 days from the date shipped will be subject to a 10% exchange fee. Any item exchanged after 30 days will be subject to a 25% exchange fee.

  • Please include a note clearly stating what you want to happen and include your order number or a copy of the original invoice.
  • Within 1 weeks of receipt of your exchange, theconneXtion will ship you the new item you requested. PLEASE NOTE: Exchange, Shipping and Handling fees will be charged to your original payment method to cover the costs of getting the exchanged item(s) to you.
